This 30 dollar jig from Woodhaven has 3/8" diameter holes, 1" apart that if used with a 3/8 forstner bit gets your splitboard binding inserts in the right place for an easy price. Also the threaded line up pins (on the thread side) are exactly 1 & 11/16 from the 1" hole centers for easy layout on an already cut splitboard core that needs its inserts put in.
