I do own carpentery , and I would like to build my first ski's - i would like to build skitorus

I want to build pair of skis for myself - 180cm , 70kg weigth , and i would like ski's to be for univesal use - nothing proffesional - some powder sometimes , but as well for hard snow / ice ...

caould you tell me which dimension to look at ?

questions - which wood use best for core ? I could use european types ow wood .

and where to buy ski edges.
