sometime ago i buy some materials for made snowboard but i made som longs

all my deck have concave like this

my 1st real deck

wery stiff

next carbon

base 30" not stiff, good for girls

next i made for my sellf

many wood many strong fiber glass

this is the best for me

for pump,dowmhill or citytrail

next drop for my friend

the last what i made

fiberglass carbonfiber and some wood veneer

was not hard for 95 kg

but wery light for this

i think sometimes i will made snowboards , but now only long

Those are some nice looking Longboards!

I build longboards too, but just maple veneers no fiberglass.

I like the built in riser pads. What kind of press are you using?

Top and Bottom moulds to get those shapes?

I work at the woodworking factory . we have a membrane hydro press. I did a matrix form and use it to obtain this shape. external contours I cut on a CNC.

this topmount for friend must be RED but too much metallick in lack and long makin pink ))))))
