So, I need to order some glass! My mind is getting wrecked converting backwards and forwards from oz/yard^2 to g/m^2 (and guessing a bit since no one ever cites the second unit) so I'm just going to use up one of my Noob cards and ask the question.

From my preferred local supplier I can get 2 triaxial glass cloths that look in the ballpark. one seems too light and the other seems too heavy.

Option 1, 612 g/m^2 (18.05oz/yard^2), 0/45/-45, 33% 33% 33%.

Option 2, 818g/m^2 (24.13oz/yard^2), 0/45/-45, 50% 25% 25%.

There is also a 0/60/-60, 714 g/m^2, 60% 20% 20%, which is a nice weight but the 60/20/20 split seems a bit far out there and I understand that the 45s are better than 60s.

Anyone want to throw me a lifeline here?

Cheers.

I'd go with the 24oz.

take the 24oz and just make your cores a tad thinner.
