OK, So I want to build skis. I have read through most of the forums and etc. on as many sites as I can handle right now. After all is said and done, my plan is to build a pneumatic press. I have read about heat blankets. And about PSI... What Temperature(s) and PSI's am I shooting for?

Heat depends on what epoxy you use. Forrest Paints stuff cures at 160f for ~30 min, entropy resins stuff cures at 180f ~30-45 min.
PSI depends on what your press is designed for. I figure I'm generating 45-60,000 pounds of force at 50 psi depending on the surface area I'm pressing.

Thanks. I will design the press for those. Do the epoxy's labeling indicate the heat/time on them or is that just a fact that you have "earned" the right to know?
Most epoxies will have a technical data sheet you can get that has that info. If it does not come with it contact customer service for your supplier and ask for them. Pay close attention to these and the safety data sheets that come with whatever epoxy you use.
Also don't trust just my numbers, do your research, ask for help and figure it out. The more you research they better off you are. It will pay off in stuff working right and you being happy with what you created.
Ok. Now onto a new subject... Inserts.
The snowskates that I have all have 10 mm wrenchs that fit the bolt heads. I have now idea what inserts I need to buy so that I am staying with industry standard threads...
Buy inserts that match the binding screws you intend to use. Check with your binding maker.
tear down a lib tech or brand name snowskate that uses the standardized parts you want to use, like whatever the interface is between the two decks, is that an off the shelf component?
its quite possible its bolted to standard snowboard inserts of some height but only one way to find out! Tear one down, post up photos!!
