I have been building some skis and the only process I struggle with is edge bengind. I decided to use this tip for my skis but did not realised that the edges would be so hard to shape.
if you have any Idea or you know a machine that I can build that will help me pleas let me know.
My company blocks your website so I can't see your picture... but there are a few different methods people use for bending edges with varying levels of success. Easiest, for sure, is to do 3/4 wrap, but that's a seperate discussion.

It works great but it still takes a LOT of time to do a full wrap edge nicely. If I do 3/4 wrap, still using my bender, it takes about 5 minutes per ski.
A few folks are also using modified wire nippers to do fine tuning. I haven't bought myself some nippers to modify yet, but I probably will for any skis I make going forward.
