It might just be me - but I haven't found an easy way to cut kevlar, so these should help:

I have a pair of scissors that have serrated edges and as long as I put a little tension on the kevlar it cuts easily. Sometimes I even just hang it and cut, works fine.
Speaking of kevlar, I am looking for a good supplier. I havent come across one yet for carbon fiber either. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Those look pretty good, and at a good price. The fine serration is the key. I use shears designed for kevlar that have a similar serration and they work so much better than anything else I've ever tried.

Your link is dead, so I wasn't able to check what you're suggesting, but if you google scissors called Engineer PH-51
I have had great luck with these. Just the right geometry.
As a bonus, they are inexpensive and readily available.
