I was able to take a factory tour of Never Summer Snowboards today. They are a local snowboard manufacturer who makes about 15,000 snowboards and skis per year. The actually make Icelantic's skis, interesting! Here are some pics. The most obvious thing I took away from this tour is they do everything the same way we do for the most part.
